Data Access

The actual data files (in ascii format) being collected are available to interested parties who wish to use this data for aiding their research or operational activities. CODAR Ocean Sensors encourages and welcomes such use.

Use of the data implies acceptance of the agreement below. If you plan on presenting or publishing any data or results, we'd appreciate notice so that we can track value of such data to the Hawaii research and operational communities.

Data Access Agreement:
- SeaSonde data outputs will be made accessible in near real-time via FTP or WebDav file manager.
- Data may be shared within the working group.
- Data will not be shared with any personnel outside of the working group without the express (written or email) consent from CODAR.
- Data cannot be presented or published in any public forum without express (writtten or email) consent
from CODAR.
